I watched the during 100metres race by the men on saturday n I was ashamed. The first man that ran came 6th, the second man came 5th, the third man came 6th, the forth man came 7th woeful performances. Anyway, this one tried. Good for the team.

Sad there is not one of these high profile Nigerian Olympians who live and train in Nigeria. They are all in universities abroad and have access to the same facilities that those other medalists have. Check out Blessing Okagbare. Under the full tuition of her doting fatherly pair of Uduaghan and solomon Ogba. Spoilt by the large deep pocket of First Bank. Of course we have some dregs who could not make their country of choice list like the Canoeist (whatshisname?) and Oke? They are much more british than Ennis. What is wrong then? Beats me Sad

We,as Nigerians are d cause of our failures. Everybody representing us is a reflection of we that live in d nation. Are those athletes from other countries?Certainly not! If we hav corrupt leaders,it show dat we are corrupt. As a person,if u prepare 4 d same olympics, wont you put on a non-challant attitude. Can u stand 2 defend ur nation? Check urself Watch urself Balance urself Be sure u can do better and dont criticize. Olympics is a game of champion and not luck.so,d president is not d cause of ur failure. If u continue to blame your errors on other, then,u can neva discover ur mistakes and learn 4rm them

It sounds like the same story mantiilts dissatisfied because they do not have jobs so they blow up the means of production and money so no one has jobs? What a ridiculous way to protest. Other countries like India have no oil but produce educated people as a resource and are doing better than Nigeria with all its resources.
