The news filtered in last week that actress monalisa chinda had invested some money in securing a land and was presently erecting a house befiting for a queen.
This week theres more good news, actress Uche Jombo had also secured two plots of land near Monalisa and is also building alongside her.The currently reigning actress is also buying a house fingered to be worth millions of naira !
I also know that actress Kate Henshaw last year finished builing a home in a tiny suburb in the uk and has landed property all over her native state.
If you know Uche hail her for me with this words ”10yrs investment in nollywood defintely isnt a joke!

in UNITED KINGDOM, YOU do not build a home or house ,but you buy it.however if you want to make some partition which are very few partition, you need approval from council, so before you write an article or publish it ,do your home work very well , this article/story is nothing but s**t

I live in the uk and yes you can buy lands through auction and you need the council to give permition on your building plan before going ahead. So maybe he it's true.

My dear it very very possible to buy a land and build in uk, i have a friend who is a builder he bought a land and build the home is living by himself. So nothing is in possible this days. After all most churches in uk bought there landed property in cash and build a befitting stricture on it.

No! Here in the UK , it is not common or even wise , for people to BUILD houses!
Especially for foreigners , like Kate Henshaw.
Before you can get building approval for even a patio, you must fulfil many requirements!

Kudos to the ladies but i am sure that kate can secure a land and build on it, what is required is the permission of the council, uk or wherever , you can buy land, that they she is nigeria actress doesn't mean she can't buy land in uk

Thank you very much. This very true. As a british woman I know that if you buy a land or an old building that can be distroyed and rebiuld after a building permition from the council. It is what a lot of people are doing out here. Good for them.
