Ramsey's children's dark skin colouris not the issue here. There are millions of very black Nigerian kids who are simply gorgeous to look at.

one of my best friends is a quarter Mexican, and 3/4 black. she has chocolate skin, kinky hair, and all.
Just because one parent is mixed race does not mean the kids will come out looking mixed race as well. It just depends on who has the stronger genes.
