Nollywood actress, Oboni Oboli has just cried out over the challenges she faces when shooting a movie In Lagos state.
According to the actress, her crew is often harassed by different area boys who collect money from them before they are allowed to work.
The actress who lamented about a crew member been stabbed recently over payment to Area Boys, cried out to the Lagos state government to do something before things gets out of hand.
In her words:” I am totally fed up; shooting in Lagos state is such a difficult experience. I have settling area boy’s every day; they broke a bottle to stab my crew and seized my van keys. You have to settle different factions. I’m a tax paying citizens of Lagos state. As filmmakers, we pay taxes even on a loss. Na abeg we dey beg o, Akinwunmi Ambode help us. My money is not for area boys, they think it’s their birth right. I’m indeed sad.”
