General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries,Apostle Johnson Suleman has expressed anger over the fact that Christian Religious Knowledge (CRK) has been cleverly removed from the secondary school curriculum and has fingered the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari for being responsible stressing that it is his plot to islamise Nigeria.

Recall that this particular move inspired the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) to complain about this latest development during a meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja with Acting President,Prof Yemi Osinbajo and sequel to that, the delegation which was led by its President,Rev Dr Samson Olasupo Ayokunle, listed the demands on the matter and other pressing issues embodied in a letter which was delivered to the Ag President.

Apostle Suleman therefore stated that the decision to remove CRK as a subject of study in schools curriculum is not acceptable. The subject will now be studied as a theme in civic education while leaving Islamic/Arabic studies in the school curriculum.

Apostle Suleiman has therfore seen it as a deliberate plot by the Buhari led administration and other schemes to eliminate Christianity in Nigeria.

“This evil policy must be reversed immediately. What is sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. Christain Religious Knowledge (CRK) must be restored to the school curriculum”

Apostle Suleman also highlighted that the policy sadly,is been introduced at this time when there is terrorism in some parts of the country by Fulani Herdsmen and most recently the Arewa youths giving the Ibo’s eviction notice to leave before October 1.

In conclusion, he said the government should curb the consistent attacks on innocent citizens by the Fulani herdsmen and as address the issue of some sets of people giving eviction notice to another ethnic group.

” Nigeria belongs to us all and not for a few bigots who currently occupy positions of authority,”he said.
