Popular self acclaimed Journalist, Madam Kemi Olunloyo has picked up a new day job, following her release, yesterday, from a Port-Harcourt jail where she spent about three months.

 

The controversial media personality announced in a press conference today that henceforth, she has become a political activist as she can no longer perform her duties as a journalist after the federal government seized her travel passport.

“Effective today, I become a #politicalactivist. I will return to #Journalism after my defamation case is over. FRN seized my travel passport as part of my bail conditions. It is tied to my job,” she wrote.

Kemi also revealed that her first step in her new role would be testifying at the Senate on press freedom at an undisclosed date.
