Objecting the order given by a Lagos court who presided over the case between singer and actress, Onyeka Onwenu and COSON chairman Okoroji, the actress is ready to file for an appeal.

She feels it was an unfair judgment and she is bent on getting justice by going to either a supreme court or a court of appeal.

For the fine million naira fine imposed on her to pay as a fine for defamation of character of Okoroji, she said she wouldn’t pay the fine, neither would she apologies to the COSON chairman.

The case seems to be getting heated the more, and it’s becoming uncertain on how the drama between these two adults would be settled.

In her words: “I hold no personal grudge against Tony Okoroji. My issues have always been on probity and fair play. I will not apologies and I will not pay any fine. I am guilty of nothing and I will get justice by an appeal court or Supreme Court.”
