It is Christmas season and a lot of good and ugly incidents are happening as popular Yoruba musician, Yinka Ayefele took to his social media page to share the pictures of the accident he had during this festive period that confined him to wheel chair.
Yinka took his fans back memory lane to share the photos of the accident he had on December 12, 1997. Which started another chapter of his life.The artiste who was formerly a Journalist began his music career in 1997 after he was involved in an automobile accident which damaged his spinal cord and confined him to a wheelchair.
After spending 9months in the hospital, one of his friends, Kola Olawuyi visited and advised him to put some songs together. This suggestion resulted in the release of his debut album titled, Bitter Experience in 1998 which brought him into limelight.
Well Yinka is now well known in the country would you say that his accident was a blessing in disguise because he may not have ventured into music if such thing had not happened.
