A court in surulere had proceeded over a case of Chukwu Darlington, 23, who was arraigned for stealing two live turkeys.
The owner of the turkeys, Solomon Agwuocha who lives in the same neighborhood with the accused had laid the complaint
Afterwards, the accused was charged on three counts of conspiracy and stealing in which he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
According to the complaint, The turkey is said to be valued at 35,000 naira and he was released on bail in the sum of 50000 thousand naira with a surety in like sum.
The Magistrate, Mrs. M.I. Dan-Oni, adjourned the case till September 13.
