Though this may not be the best of time for Nollywood's veteran actor, Enebeli Elebuwa, but he would be happy now that somebody from his constituency, i.e the acting world, has at least, heeded to his call for financial assistance at the hospital to enable his treatment.
The veteran actor has been hit with stroke for some weeks now. According to reports, the right part of his body has been paralyzed, and he has been receiving treatment at St Lukes Hospital, Yaba.
Just some weeks ago, the actor, Enebeli, called for help, especially financial, for his treatment at the hospital. One of those that has heeded to the Enebeli's call is Nollywood actress, Susan Peters, who paid a visit to him at the hospital yesterday.
Speaking to NigeriaFilms.Com when contacted on phone yesterday, the sultry make-believe queen said, "based on the fact that he is one of the people that has been encouraging me when i got into the industry, even though i have not worked with him yet, but every time we see each other, we always talk. I like him, and I just felt i should visit and support him."
When NigeriaFilms.Com asked Susan if any cash donations were made to the actor, she said, "yes i did, but that is not for me to disclose the amount for public consumption.
The actor, who Susan described his condition as bad, is still in need of support from well meaning Nigerians for his treatment at the hospital. NigeriaFilms.Com hopes his call for financial assistance will be heeded to quickly. We wish him speedy recovering.
