Nollywood: Phyna regrets being born in Nigeria
Following claims that the Nigerian film industry, Nollywood, is full of sabotage, controversial reality star, Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, stated that she regretted being born in Nigeria.
Phyna lamented that the movie-making industry of Nigeria is faulty and irrational, drawing her conclusion on Nigeria.
Phyna, who made her acting debut in the 2023 movie ‘Osato,’ described the Nigerian movie industry as “insane”.
On her X handle, she wrote, “Omo seems the Nollywood industry is also insane.
“Gosh I’m tired, people just make things difficult for people. I wish I was born somewhere far from here.”
