Leicester City have completed a stunning move for Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho from Manchester City.

The 20-year-old signed a five-year deal with the Foxes after weeks of legal battle over his image rights between his current Stellar Group and former group, First Eleven.

Iheanacho has been regarded as one of the promising talents to come out of Nigeria with his impressive displays for both club and country.

Following his move, a delighted Iheanacho told LCFC: “It feels good and I’m happy to be part of this team. I know the ambition of the team and speaking with the manager, he let me know what I need to do – to help the team achieve what they want. I was convinced and I’m happy to be here.
