King Wasiu Ayinde fondly called K1 De Ultimate or Kwam 1 is one of the Fuji Musician that gave Fuji Genre of music a meaning in Nigeria.
Spanning more than a decade in the industry, K1 De Ultimate is still turning heads with his songs that is widely loved and accepted by many.
The singer is blessed abundantly with a large family as well as in wealth and he has recently completed a multi-millionaire Mansion in Ijebu Ode.
Kwam 1 is currently occupying the building where him and love ones celebrated the Ileya Festival yesterday.
The building is a seven-bedroom main house, an eight-room guesthouse, a gym and a music recording studio, gatehouse, praying area and staff quarters.
