A local petroleum depot went up in flames on Tuesday night in Apapa local government area of Lagos State. As at the time of filing this report, two buildings close to the depot had been affected.
Officials of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), who confirmed the development, said the explosion occurred at No 12 and 14 Edmor Street by Wilmer Crescent Olodi Apapa.
It could, however, not be confirmed whether any lives was lost, But NEMA officials are evacuating occupants of the buildings
