Shade Ladipo has opened up on her reservations about childbirth, saying her body doesn’t need it.

The media figure was reacting to congratulatory texts that trailed some baby photos she shared on her Instastory.

Pointing out that the pictures weren’t that of her child, she aired her fears about the complications of giving birth.

“This is the owner of the baby. I’m just a second mother. I actually don’t think I want to give birth to a child. I love babies and I’m great with them. But there’s no need for my vagina or body to go through that mess,” Ladipo wrote.

Ladipo is known for commentaries about issues bordering on marriage, lifestyle, and relationships. She had earlier stated that it is until lovers undergo the rigours of marriage before they comprehend some things about divorce.

“Until you get married before you can comprehend some things about marriage. Let’s just say now I understand why people’s marriages end after three years,” she wrote.

Ladipo was credited as being one of the pioneer staff of UNILAG FM in 2005.

She would later work with the United Nations Volunteers Nigeria and advertising agencies for event management, and client services.
