Ace Nollywood actor , producer, director and screen writer, Charles Inoje says the effectiveness of formal education is made better by on hands training or practical experiences.

 

The President of the writers’ guild of Nigeria say he can be called a grounded thespian because after he graduated from the University he went to understudy under one of Nollywood’s great “after graduating from the University of PortHarchourt, I did not get carried away with the glamour of being an actor so I did not rush into the practice but instead I chose to work as an assistant director with Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen.

“What informed this decision? You may want to ask, you see when you graduate from school; most time you discover that what you were thought in the class room is totally different from the real world; so I decided to work with Lancelot and I feel privileged that I was part of all those great projects we carried out together.”
