Mimi Orjiekwe- Billion is one of the talented actresses taking over Nollywood. The Enugu State-born ex-beauty queen got married to her heartthrob, Charles Billon in 2015 and since then she has been glowing in love.

However, Mimi is not happy over the rate at which people are pressurized into marriage, thus she decided to voice her concerns with the production of a movie titled, Wife For Rent.

For the sexy actress, renting a wife for commercial or personal purposes is a very risky game but sometimes a blessings too.

When Nigeriafilms.com pressed further to know if the story was born out of her personal experience, the movie star said, “Not all. Not a personal experience. Wife For Rent shows what desperation to get married could get one into. 

We all know that many people are under pressure to get married. Some  don’t  even promoted at work because of their marital status. They are seen as single and irresponsible. 

In such cases, the man might be forced to rent or take a life partner and at the end of the day, he is bringing troubles home because he wasn’t ready. Imagine getting married to a total stranger. That is what the movie all about. Interesting and lessons filled,”she stated.

Wife For rent is Mibi’s first movie production.  Its already gaining waves and appreciated by good movie lovers.
