The 2016 edition of Africa’s biggest award event, the MTV Africa Music Awards, MAMA 2016 was mind-blowing with performances from top acts like Future, Yemi Alade and Cassper Nyovest, and in between the winners of the various categories were announced.
Patoranking and Wizkid performed flawlessly during the event. The results started rolling in and Wizkid emerges the king of the night as he won three MAMA 2016 awards, , Patoranking claimed the Song of the Year award, and Yemi Alade became the first female to win the Best Female category twice.
