Nigerian actress and producer, Funke Akindele-Bello and Award winning singer, Yemi Alade are two lucky Nigerians that were nominated for Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2017.
The award which is being hosted by WWE Superstar John Cena will take place on Saturday 11 March at USC’s Galen Center in Los Angeles.
The two Nigerians were nominated along side Trevor Noah, Lupita Nyong’o, Pearl Thusi and Wayde van Niekerk in the “Favourite African Star” category.
Nigerian entertainers have really made impacts both in Nigeria and beyond and a lot of them are being awarded for their hard works.
