The owner of Luna Maternity & Surgery, a private hospital in Gwarimpa area of Abuja, Victor Moffat Akpan has been arrested in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT by the police of Abuja division.
Akpan who offers surgeries and antenatal care is said to have been practicing with forged practice license since over 10 years.
It was learnt that MDCN denied him the license to practice as a homeopath but he eventually went into illegal practice after four years.
The Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, MDCN, led the police to arrest the suspect who was said to have delivered a set of conjoined twins by Caesarean Section, CS, who later died at the National Hospital in 2013.
