Former AMAA best actress on the continent, Mrs. Kate Henshaw-Nuttal, was among the few celebs in tinsel town that celebrated with children during the recently held Children’s Day. The delectable actress and Onga ambassador used her face and position to donate the company’s products, to five orphanages, at the second edition of the needy inclined programme tagged: They Are Stars. The event, which was put together by Avenue 3, a brands building firm, was a fun filled time for the children of select orphanages in Lagos, among them, Love on the Street (LOTS) project and Little Saints home.

he event could also be best described as a loving and caring moment, as Henshaw and other celebs were seen hugging, cuddling and playing games with the kids, most of whom are physically challenged.

Among the guests, consisting celebrities from the entertainment and media industries were: Bimbo Akintola, Chioma Chukwuka, Wale Adebayo, Amstel Malta Box Office (AMBO) winner, O.C Ukeje and Idol West Africa’s Omawumi and Eric. Others include: Frank Edoho, Mode 9, Djinee, Segun Obe and Kalu Ikeagwu.
