The movie industry in Nigeria otherwise known as Nollywood seriously needs prayers. News of death seems to have become the order of the day in the industry and concerned citizens are so worried about it.

 

The news at our disposal has it that barely 24 hours the news of the veteran actor and journalist, Adebayo Faleti died another Nollywood actor, Mr. Rotimi popularly known as Abu Olododo has died.

Olododo is known for playing aggressive and the guy like armed robber, lover boy, tout in most of his movies and he was loved by most of his fans.

According to reports, Mr Rotimi only complained of malaria fever and after taking some medication, he went for a rest and never woke up. He was a member of the TAMPAN chapter in Ogun state, Abeokuta and all members of the body have been morning the loss of the thespian.

Also, the entire Yoruba film industry particularly those who have had course to work with Mr Abu Olododo would never forget how energetic and passionate he was when working.

His agitation for a well-founded and formidable association which will carry the entire practitioners and to a greater height will never be forgotten.

He advocated ceaselessly for a formidable association which will further cement filmmakers’ works in the sands of time. The entire movie industry sympathies with the family, children and wife of the late thespian.

Although, his fellow actors are yet to comment on the his death due to the fact that the ugly incident happened this morning, we pray that God grant him eternal paradise and give his family the fortitude to bear the great loss.
