Arsenal football club of England are set to cut the ties between the club and their longest serving coach Arsene Wenger after a 22 years spell as the manager of the football club.

Arsenal FC is set to honor their most successful coach in the history of the club as he sets to step down at the end of the current season.

The club has invited all the players that has 100 games and above to their berth under the French tactician to the final home game at the Emirates stadium against Burnley on Sunday May 7.

Arsenal is also set to make exceptions to club legends such as Ian Wright who left the club before clocking up a century of matches under the 68-year-old.

Some of the invited players include former Super Eagles star Nwankwo Kanu, Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas, Thierry Henry, Alex Song, Abou Diaby, Bacary Sagna, Emmanuel Eboue, Emmanuel Adebayor are among the players who played 100 games under Wenger at Arsenal.

During Wenger’s spell in charge of the club since 1996, he has won a total of 18 trophies in total.

He has won three Premier League titles, seven FA Cups and seven Community Shields and his last league title coming in 2004 which he did win without losing a single league match.
