Following the threat by the organized Labour Congress to embark on a nationwide strike if the Federal government does not reverse the new petroleum price policy of selling

from N86 naira to N145 naira, the National Industrial Court has ordered the Nigeria Labour Congress to suspend its planned strike until the suit filed by the Attorney general of the Federation challenging the move is determined.

 The organized labour and the civil society had on Saturday told the Federal government that it has till midnight on Tuesday to go back on the former fuel price or risk an indefinite national strike
