An ugly incident happened at the Ekeremor Local Government Area of Bayelsa state when an estranged man poured fuel on his mother-in-law and set her ablaze.
Sources revealed that he was angry that the wife who left his house after saying that she was no longer interested in the marriage went to stay with her mother.
Out of desperation and anger, he went to the resident of his mother-in-law thinking his wife was there with her at that time. He poured fuel on his mother in-law’s room and set it ablaze. The woman died in the fire while his brother in-law who survived the inferno is currently undergoing medical treatment in an unnamed hospital.
