Former Hypertek music artiste, Dammy Krane in a recent interview reflects on his ordeal in Miami prison, where he was remanded for alleged fake credit card theft.

The My Dear crooner, however, stated that the credit card fraud allegation turned out to be a blessing in disguise for him as it has made him more popular.

Keane said, “I’m more blown, more people know me.

“I was in Yankee one day and one girl came to me shouting Dammy Krane. I said good, that’s the advantage of the news either good or bad.”

Krane further stressed that his prison experience has thought him that ‘times like this is when you know the real ones’.

He added that he didn’t expect anything from some of his colleagues, who ignored him during his travail.

“I don’t even know them. To me I don’t know them. I wasn’t expecting anyone except my family and my family came through. My second family too, 2face and David.” The singer added.

He also revealed that he experienced racism while in Miami prison and was protected by fellow Haitian inmates.
