23 years old Chinese Yu Wenxia has emerged Miss World at the 2012 edition of the pageant held Saturday, August 18,2012, in Mongolia, China. The Miss China beat other six finalists and other 114 contestant to win the crown that was heavily contested by others.
Yu is a lover of music and wants to work with the poor. The other winners are; Miss Wales, 1st runner-up; Miss Australia is the 2nd runner-up.
Nigeria's representative, Damiete Charles-Granville could not make it to the 15 semi-finalists picked. Damiete replaced the original representative, Isabella Ayuk after she was alleged of age cheat, which resulted in her being rejected by the Miss World organisers.
Indonesia is the host for 2013.

Miss China is ok, I feel coz they hosted it too & she won Miss Talent, Miss Wales ok, bt Miss Jamaica wld hav bin among 1st 3, i.e Australia shd nt hav bin there. I feel segregation of d Blacks was in play. All d same, beautyful ladies!

Yeah, China isn't bad but I think she doesn't deserve it this time! Zhang Zilin was a worthy winner though.
Australia surely should not have been in the top 3 either.
