Nollywood actress, Monalisa Chinda is currently receiving tongue-lash after putting blame on women for domestic violence.
In her recent interview on Channels TV, the star actress said 50% of domestic violence are caused by women, affirming that God gave women ‘big mouths’.
Monalisa maintains that a woman ought not to argue with her partner, amid altercations.
According to her, a lady must swallow her uneasiness and must not make solid feelings before the man, and if the man assaults her, she is to be rebuked for the ambush.
Her statements regarding domestic violence in relationship, however welcome criticism from her fans and the Nigerian society at large.
