Diepreye Alamiyeseigha may have been prepared for death because he built a tomb for himself before his death on October 10th. The governor of Bayelsa State, Governor Seriaki Dickson visited the tomb yesterday October 14th. Dickson has spoken out on the circumstances which led to the death Alamieyeseigha. Dickson said that Alamieyeseigha lost his life because he was harassed and forced to abandon the medical treatment which he was undergoing abroad. “To us as a people at this trying time, this sad incident should serve to unite us and to rededicate ourselves to the ideals that he stood for,” Dickson said.
